Bryanston Store food off

I have been going to the Bryanston Sandton store for more than 10 years. On Saturday we bought 2 pizzas from there. We got so sick that we needed to rush to see a doctor.

I spoke to the owner of the store today. She explained and told me how her fridge broke and that the stuff went off. At first she said she would refund us but after she said I should deal with head office. Not acceptable.
