What shocking service from Andiccio24 Meyersdal!!! We went past early hours of Sunday morning to get something to eat and drink. When we asked if we could buy beers we were told they stop serving alcohol at 2AM, so we ordered and paid for two pizzas, a water and a colddrink. We were sitting with some friends and while waiting for our order, one of the girls with us came to the table - she had just been served alcohol!!! When we asked why they served her alcohol and not us we were told she had made her purchase at 1:58AM which is BS as we had ordered before her! The manager was very rude and when we asked where our pizza was, we were told they still had to make it - this after we had been sitting and waiting for quite some time. When I went to the counter I saw our raw pizzas and when I asked why they were not in the oven I was asked for our slip - why would you need a slip if our order was already paid for you don't need a slip to prepare the food. When we asked why they were taking so long they then said they were busy which is also ******* as we were the only table there!!! At this point - the staff were being very rude and we then proceeded to ask for them to cancel the order and refund our money - we were told they could not do this, needless to say after the poor service and treatment we decided to just leave our order so R560,00 later - we had no food and were very unhappy with the way the situation was handled. The staff and management should be given lessons on how to properly deal with customers - absolutely disgusting, we will never buy from there again!!! Hope the staff enjoyed our Pizzas!!!
