Andiccio 24 no delivery of order and no return of my money!

I placed an order for delivery on the 10th of December at 12:00 it is now 16:00 and the order has still not arrived. I have called the shop in Rosebank several times and they kept saying my order is coming and it still did not arrive. This is extremely unprofessional. I asked for my money to be returned to me and I am still waiting for my money to be replaced.
