Andiccio 24 - Illovo Delivery over 1 hour

I usually order from Andiccio Illovo - I have never had such bad delivery time. I placed my order at 18:57, they said the system was down but they will place the order. According to the slip the order was placed at 19:06. My food was delivered at 20:27. That is over an hour wait. I kept calling the manager. He said the driver has 2 deliveries, after talking to the driver he only had one delivery. I paid only because I did not want the driver to be liable for the payment of my pizza. This however is ridiculous. The driver delivers to my place all the time so I can only place blame with the store.
