Andiccio 24 delivery a no show since they didn’t feel like making the order!

I was extremely disappointed last night with the lack of service I received from the Hazelwood branch. I am a regular customer and have never experienced anything like this from any food franchise. I placed my order at 17.20 via the app to allow sufficient time for the preparation and delivery of my pizzas to allow sufficient time for the delivery to be completed well before 19.00. I paid for it online and even used some of my DOUGH credit I’ve saved up. At 18.23 I called the branch to confirm if my order was on its way. The poor sod that answered the phone was merely there to collect the daily cash float and he had to relay the message that our order was never made!! The manager didn’t offer any explanation whatsoever and merely said that they will have to refund me. Now should they have been so kind as to call me earlier the evening I would have been able to make a plan for dinner as we didn’t have any food in the house after a long day’s work with our essential shopping planned for today, Sunday. I did in fact not receive such a courtesy, I could not make a plan for dinner last night and had to console my wife and myself with a few rusks and coffee for dinner. I don’t expect an apology from the manager is forthcoming nor has our refund been processed. Again, I am extremely disappointed in the service I received as it not only left us hungry, it spoiled our evening. If this is what we have to look forward to from Andiccio 24 in future I don’t expect we will support them any longer whilst notifying friends and family of our experience.
