Andiccio 24 and Uber Eats: A bad combination

This review has more to do with Uber Eats than with Andiccio 24, but seeing that Uber Eats hides behind an inaccessible interface, I suppose the partner business must take the rap. I ordered and paid for R640-00 worth of pizzas at 19h18 this evening. The delivery was delayed and passed to three different Uber delivery men. Eventually at around 20h15 I received notice that the order is at my door. There was no one there. I tried to resolve this through the Uber app, no joy. I have now tried to phone Andiccio in Norwood three times, no answer. I am out of money and had to resort to scrambled eggs to feed my kids. Who is going to accept responsibility for this?
