50 minutes for one pizza

Today I waited for 50 minutes on my pizza. One single pizza. Somewhere else I would have ordered and eaten my pizza in that time, leaving a nice tip. At Andiccio I sat in the cold restaurant (I took the closest seat next to the oven), finished one magazine (points for having those available), and got bored by the time one of the guys came to check on my slip for the third time, and making of my pizza finally started.. I can understand that Friday can be busy, but pizza should not take more than 20 minutes to make, 30 minutes max. So then 50 minutes?! I asked for compensation and got a small coke. I asked the guy helping with my order it he can take my feedback further, he said no. I am sorry but this was not enough,I will not be coming back though I really really like your pizza. And by the way, it s not first time my order was forgotten at the same branch.
