3 hour wait for pizza delivery...

I received the single worst service of my entire life tonight. I ordered a single large pizza and an appetizer at 8:10 pm. Was told it would take up to 55 minutes to arrive. I waited...after 1.5 hours had passed I called andiccio's and spoke to the manager, Alex, who informed me that the driver had had a minor accident. I clearly understood and was asked to wait another 30 mins while they recollected a remake of the order. I was happy to wait and hoped the driver was ok. Another hour and half later, after several calls to Alex who could not get hold of the new driver, the pizza arrives...ice cold, poorly presented...and the driver had forgotten to pack my drink. I refused to pay for pizza, called the manager again, he offered a new pizza free of charge would be sent...but I would have to wait 30-40 minutes for it. I laughed, refused and decided to accept what I had...and finally sat down to eat at 11:20 pm. And to add...the pizza was quite unsatisfying after all that. Very disappointed in this service from a company who claims to pride itself on speedy and timeous delivery. Best get back to the basics andiccio's Fourways.
