Dishonest company

<p>I booked a package to Zanzibar through www.flaymangotravel.com, managed by this agency. The package was advertised as all inclusive. When I arrived at the resort I was told that I was booked on "half board", an option I was not even aware existed for this resort. Upon contacting andgo.com to query this I was dismissed and simply told that "it was my responsibility to check that my booking confirmations were correct" and that I should have noticed that they did not give me what I signed up and paid for. This company operates dishonestly - be aware before you book through this agency.</p>
