worst service ever

<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to lay a complaint as I am seriously unhappy with the service I am getting from Anderson insurance, my vehicle has been in an accident almost 3 months ago and still has not been fixed, I have been sent from pillar to post by Anderson insurance and to no avail.i have contacted them regularly to follow up on my claim and my vehicles status but still no better off than I was.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have paid the excess and have paid my monthly instalments every month, Anderson is quick to take my money on time every month but deliver absolutely appalling service .</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been following up and have spent a serious amount in phone calls to Anderson, yet they don’t even have the curtesy to give me a call.</p> <p> </p> <p>Last week the panel beaters told me my car was being painted, today when I phone they say the car is going to the spray booth……..***?????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>I want answers and I want my car I am tired of waiting and to be honest **** service.</p> <p> </p> <p>My claim no 30446</p> <p>Stanley Thibile</p> <p>Id ********** 242083</p>
