Worst Insurance ever

In beginning of December 2015 I were in a hit and run accident with my vehicle. I complete all the needed documents and send it in. After various complaints I received the excess amount to be paid on 13 of Feb 2016. To my shock it is double the amount due to the fact that it was a hit and run. After the payment have been done I get informed that I need to take my vehicle to JHB for repairs. Honestly, I stay in Centurion. At last they send me to a panel beater in Pretoria North, which is just as far. <br> <br> I took my vehicle in on the 1st of March 2016 to the panel beaters and they inform me it usually does not take longer than 10 working days. We are already on the 17th of March and still my vehicle have not been repaired. <br> I contacted the panel beaters only to be informed that they are still awaiting for the parts from the insurance company. <br> <br> How long does it take to get my vehicle fix? The monthly insurance fees get paid each month on time to the insurance company but I have to be happy with this bad service. Nobody replies on complaints nor does anybody answer their phones. <br> <br> This is the worst insurance service I have ever seen.
