Worst Insurance company to deal with

I am a third party in a claim with Anderson Insurance Underwriters. Their insured is undeniably at vault as she let her car roll into mine in a our work parking after failing to pull up her handbrake. They refuse to even look at my claim until their insured's claim is fully finalised. It is near impossible to talk to anyone in third Party claims. I have to sit holding for 20mins to speak to anyone only for them to tell me \they are dealing with the claim". They do not return emails or phone messages<br> They are procrastinating with the authorisation to the panel beater for their insured's claim and so holding up mine.<br> I asked what would happen if the quote I submitted to them was no longer valid because they are taking so long to finalise the claim and was told they only pay on the quote received and if there are price increases or anything then that is my problem.<br> <br> I WONDER WHY ANYONE WOULD WANT TO INSURED WITH SUCH A COMPANY?<br> NO CUSTOMER SERVICE """
