Worst Ever Insurance Company - Should Be Shut Down CLAIM 31948

<p>I lodged a claim with them on the 05th of September 2016. It took them up until the 28th to assess and send me an excess letter. That is approximately 4 weeks... </p> <p>Today is the 10th and still my car has not been touched by the panel beaters. That is over a month since I lodged the claim.</p> <p>The stories that I keep getting are the worst excuses ever, apparently Saxum has cancelled them and they're unable to pay the panel beater... Why is that my problem now?</p> <p>THIS KIND OF B*S CALLS FOR A FORMAL LODGING OF A COMPLAINT WITH THE "short term Insurance" OMBUDSMAN ....</p> <p>Claim 31948</p>
