worst ever insurance

<p>my sons car is on my name, i took the insurance out on my name and it gets paid every month. The first claim i had also took very long, now their is a 2nd claim and still no reply. i send them an e mail stating i cannot pay the 3500 rand excess money, which i did with the 1st claim, and that i have my own panelbeater, but nobody not an e mail, call or message stating what the outcome of the claim is. I am very very dissapointed in this insurance, and will definitly look out for another insurance</p>
