Worse service ever from Anderson. TERRIBLE!!
It took them a whole month to give me the amount of excess to pay. mind you I had to pay this excess before they would even consider giving the panel beater ( who they refuse to give me contact details of) the go ahead to fix my car. to make matters worse there is a 3rd party involved and they won't even deal with the claim. Anderson is a useless insurance. I am so gonna cancel them after this. I don't need this.<br>
