worse insurance ever!!

<p>Tried to do a claim to repair my windscreen, one week later still no callback or follow up as i was promised,had to follow up with them myself yet the same story, no phonecalls from them, this is now the 3rd time, once aggain nothing. Maybe 4th time lucky? Just a waste of airtime and patience but yet they make their money. </p>
