Weeks of waiting and insurance still does nothing.

My motor bike broke over 2 months ago. I phoned to let them know about it. They said they would send the claim forms. I had to phone many times before they even sent it, each time on hold for almost ten minutes. That ate my cellphone bill. Now its been weeks since I submitted my claims forms and other information. After a while the company sent an assessor out on the the assignment was given on the 20th of January. Its already February and still nothing. They are slow and aren't doing what i pay my monthly fees for. And I tried phoning a few more times but after over ten minutes on hold I don't see a point To carry on. HULLE IS N MORS VAN TYD WAT NIE HULLE WERK DOEN NIE. Why should i pay them if they don't do their job? Are other insurance companies also this slow and unprofessional not valuing those who pay them every month? Even the mechanic cant belive how incredibly slow they are. He says this has never happened with other insurance companies.
