WASTE OF TIME
I was involved in an accident 4 weeks ago. Over the phone they were very friendly and helpful, after i had send them the paperwork a few days later nothing. I have been told for nearly 2 weeks that I \will know tomorrow". There is always an excuse with them. I need to know asap so I can change insurance to one that actually helps out its clients and doesn't just take your money and keep quiet."""
