WANT MY MONEY BACK

Anderson is the worse Insurance ever, I had an accident 16 march 2015, after a struggle and my money wasted on airtime the claim was paid on 18 MAY 2015 with an excess R 9605 + 9605 that is my problem the excess is too high for someone who never even claim from any insurance I am sure I never agreed on the lady that assisted me with joining Anderson told me about R3000.00 excess. I paid 2 excess that add up to R 19210.00, I ask Tobias I never got any answer I signed the agreement because I didn't have my original copy of the agreement with Anderson now that I find it I realize that I am not supposed to pay this excess. if I don't get my money back I will consult my lawyers they can look further on this.
