<p>I am very impressed with the effeciency that my query was dealt with.</p> <p>At first i was upset as the premium debited from my account was incorrect.</p> <p>I called into Anderson Insurance offices and spoke to a extremly friendly chap by the name of Romeo.</p> <p>Romeo is an asset to the company as he quickly advised me of the process that would be followed in respect of getting back the monies that were overdebited.</p> <p>My funds landed back into my account exactly as Romeo advised me .</p> <p>I was most impressed when Romeo called me on the day asking if i had received my refund</p>
