Vehicle Claim still not paid - Over 3 months

My mom's car was in an accident on the 27th Dec 2014 and was written off. She accepted the offer that the company put through to her for settlement. Even today we are still waiting for them to settle the bank. Everything takes time with Anderson..At first we were given a wrong claim number. It's a mission to get through to the correct department...Every time i press option 3 for Claims Department I get cut off. Sometime last week some consultant told me the payment was made of the 29th of March, only to find it was not. Phew....Frustrating. Very slow...Bad Service...
