Utterly hopeless

I have been waiting for 4 months now for my car to be repaired. I paid my excess 4 months ago and have been waiting for the approved panel beater to get all the parts. Every attempt to contact the panel beater fails as the phone keeps ringing. I contacted Anderson Insurance underwriters 3 weeks ago to ask for assistance, and was told someone would look into it. 2 weeks later I had NO response. So I got in touch again, and again NO response. This is the ONLY panel beater Anderson approves to do the work, but neither party is able to give feedback. 4 months later, with my premiums still deducted every month, and nothing has been done about my vehicle damage... Utterly USELESS....
