Unprofessional service

<p>The reception staff are very rude and unprofessional. They transfer you to the wrong departments and let you hold on forever. I had a very unpleasant experience with one receptionist by the name of Anneline that was very rude and arrogant when I told her I don't appreciate her telephone etiquette. Maybe they need to send their staff for proper training before they work with clients.</p>
