Unpaid claim

I had car insurance with Anderson Insurance(saxum) 2016, the company went under liquidation, while I had unpaid claim for the car that was written off in 2016, till now the claim is unpaid, there is no update from the company its been 5 years now paying the car that I don't own, also my account handed over to attorneys by finance company of my car.
