<p>My car was written off on the 04th July 2016. i was promised settlement on the 13th August 2016... Up to today i am still counting the 21days that they said i must count. Anderson insurance is pure K***</p>

My claim number is CL 31024. I call the company everyday and now my calls are being dropped. i was given 2 options with regards to the courtesy vehicle, and its still not met. What does 1 have to do to get his things right.
