UNPAID CLAIM

<p>My claim nr is CL32126. On the 19 September 2016 I got an accident, I lost control of the car, I bumped the pavement, all 3tyres burst, car was damaged underneath, no other car involved. I called them the sameday & I couldnt reach them, my Husband came & towed the car. On the 21 I called the insurance informing them of the accident & forwared me the forms to fill in & I sent them back the same day, they confirmed that they received the documents. My Claim Handler was Brandon Adams, informed me the claim will take 3weeks. On the 6th October he emailed me that the claim was sent for approval on the 6October & will receive feedback within 3working days. Today the 14 October he sent an email that they unable to pay because of finacial difficultly on their side, they dont have funds to pay me though they deducting every month. </p>
