Unhappy consumer

I had insurance for 5 days with Anderson Insurance and i cancelled in August with and email from the company representative by the name of Refiloe advising me that my policy has been cancelled, but end of August 2015 they deducted, and again i lias with her who assured me that it was cancelled telephinically, on the 30th of Septemeber 2015 AGAIN the debited, as a consumer im very unhappy and frustrated by all this.She is just so *********** and not being truthful to her cllients.
