Unfair treatment

<p>I joined Anderson insurance in July 2015 and i have been paying my monthly premium correctly. To my surprise in Jylu 2016 my premium increased from R1592 to R1852 per month with no explanation given to me. When i phoned wanting to cancel the policy i was promised that from August i will continue to pay R1592 and still there was no reason given for premium increase. While i was still happy that i will continue to pay R1592 a month i received a letter in September 2016 telling me that my policy will be cancelled end of October 2016. I again phoned the company for any explanation and the consultant couldn't give any valid reason why they are terminating my policy. I have been with anderson for over a year and i have never claimed anything so i do understand why they wanted to terminate my policy. </p>
