Unfair business practise from Anderson

I am appalled by the services rendered by this insurance company!!!! my mother is insured with Anderson and I am sad and very angry why she even bothered. her vehicle was in an accident in October 2014. now March 2015 they say the claim has been repudiated because she misled them in order to be insured. please understand something, she can be insured by any company. this is one of her 3 vehicles that she owns in full. she is 67 years old and it really ****es me off that they allege that she is a con artist! the claim is said to be repudiated because she told them the vehicle is a 2007 model whilst it is a 2002 model and they don't insure 2002 models. they say she gave them the correct vin number and it is only now that they see that it is a 2002 vehicle. which bright spark in their admin unit didn't verify that the vehicle is a 2002 model????? premiums of four hundred and something go through every month without fail because money from us is more important to them. now they tell her she must pay for the towing of that night and storage costs from then till now cause she did not use the road side assist. funny cause they towed the vehicle to wherever!! why?? I really want answers
