Unauthorized Debit Orders unknown Policy Account

I have never been so frustrated and angry in my life.I was refered by my carsales lady to KIB brokers who compared a got me the \best"quote they could find this was a week b4 having to take my new car fro the dealer.My instincts were to cancel the insurance with Anderson IU as I have never heard of them and this was also due to bad reviews I got from Hellopeter.Indeed I cancelled within 24hrs of joining thru my brocker who confirmed the cancellation telephonically.Recently AIU debited on my Acc at the end of Oct.2015 and later sent me a policy schedule with an unknown policy number but with my details and very few details of the car they are claiming to insure.With this I contacted my Broker who had No information on this other policy as they only had the policy that I cancelled with Anderson.Now the route to cancel this existing Policy is proving to be difficult as my former broker has no info of this \""Other policy\"" under my name.I believe strongly that I have been ****med and the most frustration is that these guys are messing up with my credit record as they are using are Using different References to run a debit order in my acc.They have debited again today."""
