Unauthorised policy/ debit

My husband was on his way home when the consultant had called him to pitch the product (car insurance). As he entered our home he told the consultant to hold on and explain the product to me. As I took the phone to speak to Veronique I asked her to explain the product and she told me that I am WASTING HER TIME.. so I told her that she called us so how am I wasting her time and then she cut the call on me. I called back and complained to her supervisor and he put the agent back on the line. I told them we won't be taking the policy. Few minutes later my husband received an sms saying that his first debit will go off in 48 hours and they included a policy number in the sms. I spent R300 airtime trying to phone this fly by night company but nothing has been done. We are extremely ****ed off as it was VW that referred us to Anderson insurance.
