****ty insurance company! Why does government still allow for it to be operational

I have a complaint about Anderson insurance.
I joined this insurance through BSure Africa brokers in November 2015, February 7 my brother whom i had listed as someone who also uses the car for family purposes on my permission during the day way involved in an accident, he smashed onto someone else's rear end and lucky there wasn't much damages on the vehicle it was still drivable and i was covered for the third party.

I tried calling my insurance on the numbers provided to me and every time i called the call will be disconnected or somebody would say they are transferring me and the call would cut afterwards.

Late March 2015 I then remembered receiving some documents from a Toyah Botton when i first joined and took the policy.
I then wrote an email to Toyah telling her that i have been calling and this is the problem i was experiencing, the cutting of calls and that i wanted to update my driver details, also the bank account details as i saw they hadn't taken the money end of Feb, i furnished the new capitec account and driver details and asked for the previous driver to be removed. I also told her about the car accident and she asked if i would like for her to register the claim for me and I gladly agreed. After that i was dealing with Tishen who was said to be a claims manager or something like that
April 6,2016 I received a call from Tishen now saying my claim cannot be processed because my policy was canceled 4 November 2015, I explained to him that my policy inception is November 2015, i have been paying ever since and no one have informed me of my policy being terminated. I furnished him and a few other agents that came after him with banking statement to support what i was saying, namely Dineo and Kulungile and nobody ever got back to me to apologize for the inconvenience or with a different statement to what i was saying. Every month that passed after they didn't debit and I informed them again and again.

In May 2016 i then involved scorpion to assist me in dealing with the matter and they assigned Chrystal Hartley on my case. Every month that passed without debit i would inform her of such as well.
All this time they kept saying my policy is terminated and now on July 6,2016 i now received an access letter emailed to me by Kulungile and i had to pay an access of R4117 as my vehicle was authorized to be fixed for R13357.
My vehicle was then due to be fixed on August 2,2016 and me and the lawyer who was assisting me were in talks of me changing insurance companies as mine at the time Anderson was not trustworthy, they waited for 4months trying to get out of paying my claim by saying my policy was canceled because I wasn't paying my premiums.
July 29,2016 i was then involved in an accident, just 3 days before my car was due in for repairs. Called my insurance and they sent a tow truck to take the vehicle to Ross champion what it was due for repairs. I was told because it's a second accident i have to make a second claim of which i did and i was now told my claim is rejected because of non payment of premiums. I now ask this what premiums because since i've been having enough amount for them to debit on both my accounts the one i started with and the one i changed to plus I kept informing them that they haven't debited and they kept saying my policy was canceled and only after July 6 they said my policy was active but now when I claim it's not. Just recently October 4,2016 they send a message saying
"Dear Mr S Mngoma, we are aware that you may have received notification fromAnderson Insurance Underwriters regarding your Insurance policy. Please don 19t be alarmed, you are on cover. One of Our capable Clients Care Consultants will be calling you within the next few days to discuss and provide alternate cover options with our premium Insurers to start 1/10/2016. For any queries hereof please feel free to e-mail ********** and we will contact you back, alternatively please wait for our call. Kindest regards, B-Sure Africa Insurance Brokers ***"
I haven't received any call still.
My vehicle is still held up at the panel beaters who went and did and extra job I didn't ask for and is now holding my car because there's some papers they have to get back from the insurance or whatever. While I'm going through all this bull**** the drunk driver who smashed my car still roams the street with his ford ranger, I'm sure it's fixed by now and his business and family were not affected not even a slightest. When i tried to claim through his insurance as 3rd party they offered to pay a lousy R11475 to finish fixing the car and if i take that deal I cannot claim anything else from them or their client. Each month without my vehicle my business looses R28800. Multiply that by 3 then you will see why I couldn't take thst deal.
I want Anderson insurance to admit their incompetence and compensate me for wasting my time and for selling me a product that does not exist because really now, that is ***** hey!
And i also want the drunk driver to pay for loss of business and all cost incurred and damages to the vehicle. Where do i go to get my justice?
