Trying to Get a Clain

Been in a accident with one of the Anderson Insurance customers, waited for the lady to open a claim. I call in to get the claim but cannot get to the right department, always holding after each consultant hear you want a claim. After holding for hope you get to talk to the right person the call cuts. Service is the worst under the sun and hope this company rolls over and burn.
