Terrible Costumer Service

<p>My claim Ref is CL30690, I have submmited a Total Agreement of Loss document as i was required and was told that i should expect payment to be made in 14-21 working days. This document was submitted on the 18 th of July 2016. I have yet to recieve feedback on why this payment has not been made till this day 14th of September 2016. When i call the Anderson Insurance Underwriters and email company, I am not given any reason to why this claim has not yet been paid. I have called the company on many occasions where i am sent through from one person to another with no answers. </p>
