Stupid company
I had an accident on the 22 nov 2015. I made a claim on the 23 nov 2015. the claim took the whole month to be approved. I was made to pay a stupid excess fee of R10274,82 on the 28 dec 2015. my car Is still not fixed. the stupid consultant Ricardo Madala always come up with lame excuses. the company lacks management, with bad service. the service delivery is ***. No one seems to know his/ her work. I want my money back now.
