<p>Anderson Insurance are the WORST and ridiculous insurance underwriters in the world,I'm not even comparing them to anyone.They know nothing about service excellence.My car is with them for 4 months now,and still waiting for some part from Duran which they say is due any moment now,since February 2016.I'm so frustrated beyond words.Faeeza Pillay I'm sure you think African "Black" people are dump.Your procrastination and contradictory reasons for this shady service is unbelievable,derogatory,unfair and ********.Im sure you are there for a reason,Anderson insurance knows that having you there will prolong every service delivery process and they will benefit from that financially.The short term insurance ambudsman will hopefully resolve this matter.</p> <p>So if you are considering them,DON'T bother or you will find yourself in the same position as mine,miserable to say the least.</p>
