**** OF INSURANCE

<p>We were introduced to this insurance by the motor vehicle company where we bought our vehicle. We had an accident on the 7th of Sept'16. First we were told we never asked for complimentary car insurance - it was never offered. Then our excess gets charged double! When we eventually see we are not going to win, we sign the agreement. Now if you try to phone the finance dept your call just doesn't get answered. I am talking about being 1st in line and the waiting time is 30minutes! Then you either get cut off or you become no 6 in line again! NO Managers are ever available. What am I supposed to use to get to work now? I'm starting to think this is a ****.</p>
