Was involved in vechicle accident on 7th oct 2015 reported it to insurance received no reponse when I contacted them I was informed they are waiting for a police report and it was my responsibility to collect it from the police which I then did and still no response. Waited till Jan 2016 payment went through and reversed payment then I was contacted for non payment I explained to them what happened they tranfered me to claims department in the process was cut off tried to contact them but they only have a 086 number which from cell phone is very costly so I waited for there response invane Feb 2016 payment went through and reversed all invane to date nobody has contacted me and my vehicle to date unrepaired.
