Quoting System Down Since Nov - NEVER USE ANDERSON

<p>February 2017 - Anderson Quoting System has been down since November. In November I was told Jan, in Jan I was told Feb now I have been told they don't know. I have been married and my car value has greatly decresed since the last premium adjustment and Anderson tell me they can't do anything (indefinitely) until the quoting system is up. They also informed me that actually my premium will stay the same or increase. This is after basically *****ing money from me each month at an over inflated premium rate. This whole problems seem to be intentionally not resolved so they can keep overcharging their customers. Never, ever, EVER consider using Anderson for insurance as they are basically ******* and ***** and I will be cancelling my policy at my earliest convenience.</p>
