poor service and slow process.
I have for an insurance and I did not received a copy of a policy agreement where I can view all information about the policy. My vehicle has been written off by the insurance and when I call them they said that they have only insured the market value of the vehicle but on top of the market value they have charged me R34 110.00 and now they dont want me choice of dealer of which this is unfair to me as a client. I got two vehicles and they refuse they force me to be in their dealer. I wonder how can this happen to Anderson insurance after the good trust I got and the reputation as well. I regard this branch behavior downfall the company's reputation, trust and profit margin from clients, since we all know that clients play a vital role in the business.
After an investigation we found that you have agreed to insure your vehicle at market value, of which we did. When we wrote off the vehicle we charged you an excess which was accepted by yourself at inception. Unfortunately we have contracted dealerships who deals with our replacements and cannot deal with other dealerships. please accept our apologies for the inconvenience that we have caused.
