Poor service

<p>i have been waiting for this people to process my claim for three weeks now...every time when I call them it's either my calls are hanged up or the consulatant online forward me to the consulatant who initially captured the claim then she hangs up.......I m now starting to believe that my windshield will never be replaced and that this guys are just bunch of ****** who took my hard earned money for seven months but cant help me when I need them....</p>
