Policy Contract Not Sent
I have an insurance with Anderson Insurance Underwriters which was app**** over the phone. They have already debited me twice but I am yet to receive a copy of my contract. They had promised to send it in 48 hours after our call. After requesting it again via their contact form, i am still waiting. Indeed, their consultants excel in bad service. <br> <br> If they can't even deliver a copy of contract, what more for a claim? I am certainly cancelling my contract with them end of the month.
