Policy Cancellation Confirmation

Still waiting for that policy cancellation confirmation.... I don't understand how this insurance still exists... How is is possible? Do you honestly think I enjoy calling your damn office. You still have my stuff with you and now you are holding on to the confirmation I have requested ages ago!!!!! Eish!!!
