Payment failure
<p>I had an accident on the 22 February 2016 , they took almost 2 months to come back to me and my claim was then proceeded from then and was only approved in june to sign a confirmation off loss because it was a write off and I was then told to for 14 -21 days for settlement payments,even today I'm still waiting 26 September 2016 and when I call for follow up...they say payment department is on course till further notice......please help</p>

How long must I wait to get the answer because it's been full 8months now waiting to be helped,is this how insurances work after you claim but on deductions was gona be long suspended......my finance bagging me now calling me everyday asking about the payment...don't know wat to tell them now:(
