Pathetic turn around time

<p>I made a claim in May after my car accident. After 5 and a half weeks of terror where I had to constantly call because I wasn’t getting any feedback, my claim as approved. I signed and emailed the “Cash in Lieu agreement” on 27 June. Up till today being 12 August, I still have not received the claim. I am constantly calling and being put on hold and made empty promises.</p> <p> </p> <p>Your turn around time is appalling and the customer service disgusting. I will be taking this matter further. The insurance is very good when it comes to debiting their premium but when it comes to you receiving your money, all of a sudden theres a delay. I have been without a car for 3 months and have to incur the costs of storage where my car is as well pay for an alternate means of transport. Will the insurance pay me back for these additional costs I am incurring due to them??????</p>
