Pathetic Service

<p>My vehicle was written off over two months ago. My claim was processed and approved. i was told it would take 15 to 21 working days for payment to be processed. it has been well passed this time and nothing has been done. The phone was put down on me 4 times from Anderson. No one can give me an answer. Finally when someone did actually speak to me they said my payment was delayed but could give me no reason as to why. This is the worst service i have ever gotten. if nothing is done about this soon i will have to seek legal help as i have everything on record. even my emails are being ignored now even though i get read receipts. </p>
