Pathetic service

Instead of writing my car off this insurance tried to fix my car cos they thought they could save some money, now fixing my car is costing them much more than they expected. Now nobody wants to take the blame and I must run around like a headless chicken trying to find answers as to what's going on. This just shows some people don't know how to do their jobs, how can you keep a client waiting for over 8 months??? For God's sake it's just a golf 6 not a bugatti veyron why is it taking so long. You guys don't care about your clients if they are happy or not the only thing you are good at is deducting my money at the end of the month nothing else. Yerrr I regret the day I joined this stupid insurance, I so wish you could lose as many clients as possible and close this **** of insurance we don't need people like you. You have to scream and shout to get what you want and that's if you lucky enough.
