pathetic service

Really disappointed about the service I am receiving from Anderson Insurance. I currently doing a 3rd party with them and it has been going for the last three months. For the last couple weeks I awaiting the manager from third party claim to sign off my offer and every day I have been phoning the consultant tells me that Lee- ann, the manager is not in and therefore she cannot sent thru my offer to me. If Leeann is not in I am sure there is another manager that can help me. Every day when I call them I am hold for more than 30 minutes at a time. I have to call them for feedback. My matter is rather urgent. Can someone please help me?
