pathetic service
Anderson insurance is the worst insurance company ever in South Africa, I never came across such hypocrite company ever, and don't you ever try to be under their books, if you are already with them consider cancelling.<br> <br> My car is insured by Anderson and it went for repairs on the 25 Feb 15. the car now has been completed by the panel beaters and they sent an invoice to them on the 27th of Feb and Anderson even now they say they haven't received the invoice my car is parked there and I returned the courtesy vehicle now am without a car as the repairer cannot release the car without payment. The repairers even said GOOG LUCK with them they don't want to pay at all. <br> Is that good service? Someone must tell me, I have a proof that they were sent an invoice long time ago, is it not consumer ******* by this insurance called Anderson? <br>
After our investigations we have found that the panel beater has accepted our terms & conditions of payment when they started with with the repairs of your vehicle. The payment of the invoice is only due on at a later stage. However, we have since requested payment of your claim, therefore they would then have to release your vehicle, even though they contravening our terms & conditions. Please bear in mind that Anderson is not at fault in this matter.
