Only 1200 letters to complain?
WOW, my car was damaged last year Nov. after a big story I managed to find out I must get 3 quotes myself for the repair,there is no centre I can take it to.The cheapest was Dinos & they were around the \corner"from my house.The Assessor came out & had a look at my car he came back said they wont pay for a dent in the back fender.Said it was from a trolley all I know it wasn't there before.I finally said fine I will fix that myself I need my car fixed(04-03-2015) I made arrangements for him to see the car again at DINOs.They came back the next week with a quote where he scratched off the rear fender making the claim smaller from 20973.15 to 17533.20 making it necessary for me to pay the 3000 excess as well.On the 20th I asked for the banking details to pay the excess"
